District 7 - Winter healing Walk

Nearby Nature Milwaukee is holding their first outing of the year in Lincoln Park, a guided “Healing Hike” led by Nearby Nature staff members Martina Patterson and Steven Hunter. It is especially geared to help participants experience the healing effects of nature by walking and pausing for brief meditative moments. Mother Nature, and our watershed find rest and healing in the winter. We will be joined by Partners Northwest Side CDC and Friends of Lincoln Park. We'll meet at the Lincoln Park boat landing at 4950 N Milwaukee River Parkway. Dress for the weather with sturdy shoes or hiking boots. Difficulty: Moderate with occasional fallen logs and trip hazards.
